2 . When the operator is working normally, it is not allowed to wear slippers, gloves, and long hair. It is required to wear tight-fitting clothes and protective clothing.
3 . During normal production, do not arbitrarily approach high temperature, high pressure, high speed rotating devices.
4 . Never touch the membrane head anywhere on the body.
5 . Before starting the machine, the operator should carefully check the equipment (with or without foreign matter, loose). If there is any abnormality, it should be cleaned or repaired immediately, and the machine can be started after safe cleaning.
6 . Emergency stop is to avoid the occurrence of major equipment and life accidents. Under normal circumstances, do not use it casually to avoid undue damage to the equipment.
7 . Before the main motor starts, the speed control knob is adjusted back to the “zero” position. The extruder needs to be kept warm for 30 minutes before the temperature rises and accelerates. Then the extruder is started and the film is extruded. It is not allowed to make sudden speed regulation to avoid damage to the motor instrument.
8 . Clean the nose of the machine head with soft metal, such as copper knife to scrape, apply with paraffin in time, it is strictly prohibited to use high hardness tools such as abrasive cloth and grindstone; long insulated gloves are required.
9 . A ceramic cap should be attached to each heater wiring to avoid electric shock.
10 . The failure of electrical components must be dismantled by professionals, and non-professionals must not disassemble electrical components.
11 . The long-life filter should be replaced regularly, and the grease should be added or replaced regularly in all running parts of the machine.
12 . If abnormal phenomena or abnormal sounds are found during the production process, stop the inspection immediately, eliminate the faults and strictly abide by the operating procedures, and stick to the post.
13 . Concentration must be concentrated in production operations, and it is strictly forbidden to do things that are not related to production.
14 . Smoking is strictly prohibited in the factory.
