The unit of the laminating machine is delivered from the substrate, the color film is delivered, and the whole process of compounding to coiling adopts monotonous and group control linkage. The extruder adopts automatic temperature control, stepless speed regulation and long life change network, high precision bidirectional adjustment. Die head, double station transmission adopts automatic correction device, multi-station color film delivery adopts magnetic powder brake, composite cold roller adopts double-layer cooling structure, double station semi-automatic surface friction winding or center winding, whole machine roller clutch Both are pneumatically controlled. Second, the working principle of the composite machine:
The compound machine is mainly used for coating compounding of roll paper substrates such as cellophane, aluminum foil, nylon, paper PET, OPP, BOPP, CPP, NY, PE, etc.
The working principle of the compound machine is as follows:
1. Preparation
Firstly, the guide rollers of the substrate are installed according to the direction of the wire, and the adhesive is adjusted proportionally, and the heating system of the oven is started. When the corresponding set temperature is reached, the drive motor is turned on, and the coating production can be started. .
2. Coating
The substrate of the unwinding device is first subjected to an anilox roller, after being coated with a glue, and then subjected to a dry bath through a drying tunnel to complete the coating process.
3. Compound
The composite process is realized by EPC gas-liquid correction and entering the composite portion, and bonding with the substrate of the second unwinding portion.
4. Cooling and winding
After the cooling roll is completed, the overall production and processing of the substrate is completed, and the following problems should be paid attention to during production.
(1) The flatness of the substrate is adjusted by adjusting the position of the deflection roller.
(2) The composite pressure between the composite rolls is adjusted by adjusting the relative spacing between the two composite rolls.
(3) By adjusting the tension clamp of the magnetic powder clutch and the magnetic powder brake to control the traction tension and the winding tension of the substrate, the machine can be smoothly operated, thereby obtaining good coating quality and compounding effect.
