A、preparatory works before turning on
1、Keep main engine cylinder and T-type die head within normal temperature range,clean away sundries of the heating area ,according to the technics requirement.
2、Check and clean up sundries in the hopper,such as metals and screws,to prevent them damaging the screw and the hopper by entering the inside of extruding machine.
3、Check the temperature of Cooling Water Supply(reference value:17℃),and air pressure of Air Compressor(reference value:0.6MP).
4、Check all parts of the motor of the units, clean out other things on the transmission belt and chain drive.
5、Before booting on ,put the base material on the frame of unreeling machine ,and pull out the head of the base material so that let it passes through the rollers of the entire production line.
B  Unit start and stop operation
1. When the heating temperature of the device reaches the set value,the Extrusion motor cannot be started and keep slow running  before the temperature reaches a constant. After the plastic membrane is discharged from the die, Firstly scrape the die with a copper piece, then insert it into the die with a feeler gauge, scrape it back and forth several times from start to finish, scrape all the coke on both walls, clean the inside, and then speed up the extruder, Observe the membrane which flowing outside, When the membrane is uniform and has no thick streaks, it can begin to coat.
2. When the membrane is started, the chill roll is rotated at the slowest speed to slowly wind up the substrate, and at the same time, the extruder is extruded at a slow speed and moved to the laminating position.
3. When the diaphragm coming out of the die contacts the substrate and passes through the cooling roller, it can be speeded up online (using the "one-button speed increase" inside the system to reach the target set speed).
4.the method to change the thickness of the membrane: Go to the touch screen work page and enter the desired thickness. The thickness of the coating should be 7-20g/㎡
5. The waste edge of the membrane is cut as standard, and the membrane is firmly bonded to the substrate.
6. When the substrate is replaced, it should be decelerated (using the "one-button speed reduction" inside the system to reach the low speed that has been set).
7.when you want to power off the machine,please  deceleration to the low speed that has been set,and then press the stop button.
Turn off  the electricity, the coalgas and the water-tap.
C. Precautions
1. When replacing the filter and handling the diaphragm of the die, avoid scratching the lip of the die, otherwise it will affect the quality of the film. Please wearing the protective equipment.
2.You should stop the operation When handling the coolant roller debris.
3. During operation, the equipment and product status should be inspected according to product requirements.
4. Do not touch the substrate and equipment transmission parts while the substrate is being transported, otherwise there is a risk of injury.
5. When the equipment and divice are found to be faulty, stop the machine and then run it again.
D. Protection and Maintenance
1.  Extrusion of the reducer oil, the motor reducer oil needs to be replaced every six months, and the oil quantity need to be checked regularly.
2. The hydraulic station oil need to be replaced  regularly.
3. The chiller water tank should be regularly added with anti-rust liquid. When the equipment is idle for a long time, the water should be discharged from the cold cutting roller to prevent corrosion.
4.Clean the filter of the compressed gas line regularly.
5. Check the replacement belt ,adjust the tensioning wheel and   the drive chain according to the actual situation.
6. Clean the electrical cabinets, cooling fans, the dust inside the wire trough and sundries regularly , at the same time,you should be careful with the mouth and the damp weather.
